1.Raw material from approved reliable suppliers;
2.Production process is in strict accordance with ISO9001 Quality Management System .
3.Strict in-process quality control and 100% finished product inspection before delivery;
4.Third party product inspections are acceptable upon customer request.
5.Adoption of standardized product design process and APQP, PPAP, FEMA for application analysis.
We upholds the principle of prevention first and continuous improvement and has imported KPI for product quality control. Over the past five years, our product inspection pass rate is over 99.5%. Customer response rate in last three years is less than 0.05%. High product quality and excellent service have been praised by customers home and abroad.
